TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST
If your internet service is interrupted, please do the following:
Check for power to your computer, your router, and the Ethernet (POE) supply that was installed with your receiver
Unplug or reset your router
Reboot your computer
Unplug the POE. Wait 15 seconds and plug it back in.
Call the Greenway Communications office (877-929-8005) for a check on your signal.
If your computer is receiving a good signal, then you have some other problem with your computer or your router. We suggest that you call one of these computer professionals:
